I have been tossing around an idea of an interior design blog that will talk about random trends in home design and entertaining.

As a full time real estate agent, I see a lot of homes. Almost every day I walk into properties that hold great possibilities with just a few minor changes. I also look with a critical eye of how a party would flow in the new and improved home I have created in my mind. In my prior career as a party planner for high end luxury retailers, I would regularly transform ordinary spaces into grand party venues. So, when I look at homes I am always looking at the possibilities of how the new place will make people feel – will it be a comfortable home for people to gather and connect?

So if you are like me and enjoy people and like to entertain at home in a comfortable relaxed style this blog is for you. Or perhaps you would like help and encouragement to go outside of your comfort zone and invite friends in but don’t know where to begin.
